How long does it take to ship?

I ship once a week on Mondays, you will get an email saying your order is shipped when i print the label. If you order multiple shirts it may take me up to 2 weeks to get them done. you can always email me if you need to expedite shipping.

how will my items be shipped?

most items are shipped via usps in a padded envelope. if you order a small patch it will be shipped in a brown envelope with a stamp and no tracking. if you have a large order (multiple shirts) it may be shipped using ups in a box. your tracking will be sent to you in an email.

why was there a piece of crumpled up paper in my package?

usps requires items shipped as a package to be at least 3 inches thick, the brown piece of paper ensures that back patches meet this requirement.

can i place a bulk order?

what type of shirts do you use?

I use 100% cotton gildan shirts. they are screenprinted and heat set to ensure that they will last.

what type of fabric do you use for patches?

My patches are screen print on duck cloth or canvas fabric. it varies by availability but both fabrics are strong and hold ink well.

what do i do if my order is missing items or has the wrong item?

This rarely happens but everyone makes mistakes, if you have this issue please email me immediately and i will send the correct item out.

do you make custom items?

I do! i make custom patches, buttons, shirts, etc. Just email me to inquire about these. I also do bulk band patches.

where are you based?

i live in kansas and all items are made and shipped from me here.
